Help needed for potentially reforming accessible bay provision

People's Parking is collaborating with Cundall and Burdus Access to inform industry knowledge on the type and appropriate number of parking bays when designing  car parks inclusive to all potential users.  We are particularly interested in the industry standard recommendation for 5% Blue Badge bays which can sometimes be too many or too few depending on the 'sectors' the car park serves.
